For this, the nurse ensures an equitable human resource and the material resources within the facility. She also has to ensure that the facility has been catered well by the human resource observant and managers who are concerned with ensuring a resource allocation and appropriation within the facility (Monaghan, 2011).
The Nurse Manager ensures that the facility has set priorities. She participates in the generation, formulation, implementation, analysis, and assessment of the nursing practices, objectives, and goals. She is responsible for the smooth transitional process that enables all the nurses and any other personnel within the organization to work well. Besides, she ensures that the other nurses have adhered to the professional conduct and regulations (Roussel, 2013).
